Food was very good. But the staff was something else. One cashier didn't seem to know how to use the register. Ours was complaining the whole time that the management was biased and that she's wondering why she hasn't just up and quit yet. Not professional.

I’m very disappointed with Panera Bread catering services. I placed an order to be delivered to a specific unit at Cabell Huntington hospital and it did not arrive to the right place. When I called to work it out with the catering manager she was extremely rude and said it wasn’t her fault and couldn’t do anything about the incorrect delivery. Eventually the food was found after sitting out in the wrong area for over 3 hours making the yogurt and cream cheese inedible and the coffee cold. Very poor customer service.
Busy around lunch on Sunday but good service nonetheless. The serving size here seemed bigger than what we get in our local Panera in Virginia. Go figure.
disappointed, again. This is my second visit to this Panera shop, and both times I have found the food to be lackluster. Portions are tiny for the price, bread is thick and tough and nothing on the sandwich to improve taste (like tomato or lettuce). Next time I'll go elsewhere.
