Just ate here this evening. Food and service were beyond terrible. They should have the option for a negative five just to properly describe our experience. Food was all wrong for five people. Undercooked steaks and very overcooked salmon. Soup and salad came out after our food. Only got one glass of water the whole meal. Just terrible. Go somewhere else until they get current staff up to speed. We normally have a very good time here and are sad that we will not be back for awhile now.
Very nice and clean environment. The employees were very friendly and upbeat. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family members. I never have any problems when I visit here. Great experience!
Had reservations for 10 for a birthday party at 3 p.m. Half of our party got their food, but the other half had to wait about another 30 minutes before they got their meals. Had to ask twice for bread, server never brought my dressing for my salad, or the steak sauce, had to ask twice for a glass of water. Then I had to go ask for the cake we brought in, as the sever said he was trying to find it. :(.... never did a manager ever come to apologize nor did the server comp anything after waiting an hour and a half for the complete order. One would think that at least the two appetizers would have been comped but obviously not in the outback world... it was still $200.00 dinner... I think the server was more into himself never making mistakes as he said.....And we all make mistakes it's not a perfect world, but when you do you should try and fix it .... at least spending time with the family was good.
Decently good place for dinning. Bar option and fairly good waiting service. Lunch time hours are inconsistent with waiting, but food is still good.
Came from out of town and this was very convenient to my hotel. We ordered appetizers, side salad and soup and 2 chicken dinners. Everything was good except the chicken. Orders came out wrong and cheese wasn't melted on top correctly anf very cold. The manager was very polite and corrected our meal. The food was delicious.
