I would have given them 0 stars if it hsd been an option. The predatory sales tactics used by the cashiers when a customer is checking out are disgraceful. They don't just make an offer. They refuse to take no for an answer. Pushy doesn't begin to cover it. Predatory would be much more accurate. Avoid them at all costs.

The cashier kept trying to get my sister to sign up for a membership card. She said no thank you two or three times, but he said that if she had a card today she would save $12.41, the card would cost $12.49, and he would include a $10 gift card. She was under the impression that her "savings" and the card cost would essentially cancel, so she accepted. What the cashier didn't mention to her was that the cost of the card was actually $25. But, upon checking her receipt on the way home, she found that she had been charged the full $25 and hadn't saved $12.41 at all. It also turns out that the gift card wound up being only $5 since my sister paid in cash. And on top of all of this - she's a minor! The cashier was very misleading! Oh well, it is what it is. Lesson learned. Don't let the cashier pressure you into signing up for the card!

A few months ago while purchasing earbuds, the cashier pressured me into getting a magazine subscription, telling me it would be free with the understanding that I wouldn't have to pay a dime. Today, I got hit with an overdraft fee due to a subscription I did not sign up for. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again, and I will see to it the cashier loses his job.

The staff is always very helpful. They normally have good deals. This BAM has a large selection.

This is a wonderful, beautiful store with a coffee shop (Joe Mugs) inside. The selection is great and the kids' section is wonderful.
