Great experience. Friendly sales person, took lots of time to explain all the features and rode with us on a long test drive. He even filled it up with gas, washed it and took the time to set up my phone on the blue tooth display in the vehicle. Financing was quick and easy. Excellent overall.
My only negative comment, is that Advantage Toyota in Huntington, WV could use some magazines that appeal to women. But that's only because my cell phone was on low battery.
I purchased my first Toyota here. I couldn't have been happier. I saw the car on their lot one night after they were closed. Contacted sales through their website, negotiated the price , and stared the credit process without having to go into the dealership. Got everything approved and went in to the dealership to sign the paperwork and accept delivery. Low pressure, friendly. Almost the antithesis of a car dealership. I don't know if everyone is as nice there, but I can personally recommend Matt Dunkle.

He listened and didn't show me anything I clearly wasn't interested in purchasing. He explained all the features of my NEW HIGHLANDER. I was undecided between 2 and when I asked all the differences between them, I received a clear and knowledgeable explaination. I was amazed at how quickly the whole purchase process was handled.
Van is the absolute BEST salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He's upfront and honest which is much appreciated. After speaking with Van over the phone earlier in the week, we made the 4 hour trip to Advantage Toyota to purchase our new 4 Runner. From the minute we walked through the door it was a very pleasant experience. Van is absolutely awesome. I would recommend Advantage Toyota and Van to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. The service that we received was definitely worth the 500 mile roundtrip.
