My day was quite a hectic one with four kids at the mall Then on top of the craziness we lost our Justice bag with nearly $200 worth of merchandise in it. After trying to locate it with no success and our daughter in tears we decided to go back and re-buy everything. Luckily, right after purchasing everything, the bag was located and I had to return everything. The store staff was super helpful and friendly from beginning to end and Amanda is awesome! Thanks again "floor supervisor" !! Lol Definetly made my crazy day more enjoyable :-)
I absolutely refuse to ever enter the Mercer Mall or any other Justice. I had three grandchildren in the store and the clerks locked on to them and would not let them look at anything. I had just spent about $300 there and the other grandmother had spent about the same amount along with another grandmother who had spent $200 not including what we spent for Christmas. You need to train your employees that all who enter are not thieves. I worked retail for 40 years and would never have allowed this treatment to children. We are talking 15, 14 and 12. Also have friends who refuse to shop your store of poor quality merchandise.
Has lots of stuff in a medium size space. Has a nice back room with even more stuff. This is the perfect store for little girls. Staff was polite.
This store sells nothing but crap. . It's cheaply made and still too much money for what it's worth. I could find better clothing options digging through Ke $ha's trash can. If the mall had an STD it would be Justice
