Was much better under the previous owner. Pricing is about right, and the frozen yogurt is great if they have more than half of the machines in operation, or you can find someone to serve you. Its kind of disappointing, because they really do have a good product otherwise.
I loved this yogurt shop I would recommend this little pricey but worth it
New mangment is rude. Worst customer service I have ever received. I asked for a sample cup which is pretty much industry standard and the employee who was not even in the store when I arrived acted like I was trying to steal from her. Said something along the lines of why should I give you something for free. I asked if this was a franchise and for the information to call corporate then she back peddled and stated she was the owner and wouldn't give me information to call and complain. Instead of politely apologizing that they don't conform to industry practices this employee/owner was rude and kept changeling her story. If it had just been me I would not have supported this poorly run business staffed by ignorant folks with no manners but after promising a child ice cream I had little choice. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere where the business appreciates its customers.
