Here we are seven months since we ordered our doors and we still don't have them installed. DON'T BUY DOORS FROM THIS STORE!
6/28/17 The corporate office is having trouble getting Central Production to call them back. They're shocked by the lack of communication. Still no doors and no ETA. If you're thinking about getting doors here, think twice.
As with any Lowes, there is a huge selection of nearly anything home-improvement related at reasonable prices. However, it can be difficult to find what you need and employees can be hard to locate.
The corp. office says our doors have been ordered and that the store will be calling us to schedule the install. That was two weeks ago and we haven't seen the new doors or building materials. We also haven't heard anything from the store about delivery or from the installer about an installation date. How long can this store drag it's feet?
Update: They still haven't fixed our doors and haven't handled the issues. We're now almost into May with 5 doors wrong out of the 6 we ordered.
Doors are in and installed. Here's the kicker, our doors have been in since 5/25/17 and they can't tell us why they've been sitting there that long. We only know this because the store associate signed and dated the tag. I'm glad we're done with this store. We're never coming back!

I purchased six doors on 1/26/17 and I still haven't had them installed with the correct doors. I have shopped with Lowe's for years and I have recently spent 13k at their store in the past month. I would expect better customer service from their store managers. The staff says the same thing, it's the higher ups and lack of staffing. I will be working with the AG's office, the BBB, and The US consumer protection office to get this matter solved. I don't blame the staff, the installer, or Lowe's. What it boils down to is poor management.

Update: They lost our files and we still don't have our doors. 5/12/17
It was obvious the employee did not want to assist me. Also, after he pointed out where I could find what I was looking for, he said what I abhor, "no problem". I guess I was a problem.
Update: It's 6/4/17 Still no doors and the one "good" door we had installed is starting to have issues.

Worst delivery dept. I purchased an item for delivery and Lowe's employee told me to call in the morning for an estimated delivery time. I called but when it went to delivery department, no one answered and the cal was kicked to customer service desk which transferred my cal back to delivery. This loop continued for 30 minutes with no one answering in delivery and eventually customer service desk hung up on me. I called back and ask to speak to store manager but after 15 minutes they could find the manager. The customer service desk finally told me my item was on the morning truck and would be delivered before noon. At 1:30 pm, still no call and no delivery. I called back and again started the loop of no one answering in delivery, call bounced to service desk, service desk transfered to delivery, etc. I asked to speak to a store manager again and was again told the manager couldn't be found. Corporate needs to check in on this store as it is ruining business for Lowe's.
