The first day I went there and he looked at my watch and tried to adjust it, but he said he did not have the correct tool, so he could not adjust it. He then put the band together without tag on it and I came to home. I decided to send the watch back to the retailer to change to a new watch size and adjust there store.
I do NOT recommend this jewelry store.
So I went back to littman jewelers shop again and asked him, "could you put the tag back on the band?" He was a little aggravated but said he would try. So he "fixed" it and gave it back. He did not open it in the same place. He took out a link. When I got home there were 2 scratches on a brand new $6000 watch.
I went to this shop a couple of times to adjust the band on my new watch.
But there was one problem, it must have the tag on watch band so I can exchange or return it.
Very pleasant lady that helped us. Very informational
I thought it was a good store because of the brands they carry, but that was my fault for trusting them.
