Great service and the food was excellent. The wings were hot and juicy which wasn't the experience we have had at other locations in the past. It took a little more time than we hoped to get our food, but that's kind of expected during a Friday dinner rush at the mall. Great fun & family friendly atmosphere.
My son wanted to go there yesterday and like usual the service or lack there of sucked . We had set there for about 5 min and hadn't had our drink order took they set another group beside us and the manager rushed to get their order and still no one had waited on us . The manager came back with their drinks looked right at us walked by and started having a conversation with a waitress which looked more like flirting to me . We set there for 5 min and watched their staff keep walking by like we weren't even there as the manager was still "talking" to the same waitress. By that time I told my son it's time to go as we walked out the door I turned and seen the manager looking at us while we were leaving. We were there for a total of 15-20 with no service it wasn't that busy . This is not the first time we've had poor service there but the first time I've walked out . Their food is usually pretty good as for the service good luck it's so hit and miss it's pathetic.
Had alright time...waitress was alil stuck on herself to have a real good time but the food an atmosphere was great....
Server couldn’t get order correct. And then decided to just order another basket that my kid could eat and she brought me a sauce to dip in.
Love their wings. You can request all flats on traditional wings. Like this option. Tuesday’s are 1/2 off wings too.
