For my last 2 visits, the therapists were not available and they were changed without me being informed or given the option to reschedule the appts. During my last appt, my therapist was 15 minutes late for my session and my session was cut short even though I paid for the full hour.
Manager Dana is rude, and this place is not worth the money!!! Not happy with service
