I love toys R us. It has just about any toy your child is interested in and a friendly environment to boot. I'd recommend it to my friends. Only thing you got to remember is you get what you pay for so you need to be expected to have the cash to pay for good quality toys and cloths
Drove a hour to get there had to look for some things my granddaughter wanted. They went out of there way to find what I was looking for. 11/30\ 17 at 12 noon :)
Went to pick up an online order waited for over an hour with 1 customer ahead of me. Ask employee at service desk if she could check on it for me and she said no its has not been brought up yet. 25 minutes later i asked if she could just cancel my order id go elsewhere and guess what pkg.had been laying there this whole time. This place poorly ran and completely in dissaray. Clutter everywhere and unorganized.
We asked for couple certain items and was told they quit getting them because so many people wanted them..? Got an item off a shelf that had several and a price marked in front of them. Get to the register and find out the item was in the wrong spot and the price was actually twice as much.
