Have always had a great experience with this Sears. Mary in Jewelry is awesome. Love Craftsman, Kenmore, and the Auto Center.
Very good store
Despite a well stocked store, they had to order in some stock. "It will be ready for pickup Friday." We live an hour away, so we didn't get there till Saturday. "Truck trouble, trailer is here, but it won't be unloaded till tomorrow." They ask for every little piece of information about you, they had our phone number. Just too hard for some companies to treat customers, their life-blood, with respect. Wake up Sears.
Got my oil changed there this past week. Prompt and quality service.
Purchased a new riding mower w/ ext. warranty. After 4 uses, quit running. Now, after going back to store, was told by service it will be 3 more weeks before it can be checked. Never again will trust (sears). The products & customer service are worthless !!!! I'm sure other stores appreciate my business . Maybe that's why you're going out of business....
