What can you say about Wally world thats not been said. Its one of those stores you either love or hate. I go there for electronics mostly. I tend not to buy groceries there very often and i always stay away from the fruits,veggies, and meats. The produce while better than it use to be, still leaves a lot to be desired. Whether its the small wally mart or the super store, they're all dirty as a rule. People often say you get what you pay for. That couldn't be truer than buying groceries and the majority of the clothes they sale. Less than satisfactory most of the time. If im buying meats, my choice is Value Mart. Huge quality difference between the two.
Basic Wal-Mart that needs more staff & a better variety of items instead of loading the shelves with too many of the same item. I have had to return meat a couple of times because it had been thawed or left out of the refrigerated areas before I bought it. Also horrible for holding on to outdated items instead of discounting them so new stock can be brought in.
Nicer and cleaner than most stores I visit. Parking lot is big and has two entrance/exit points. Self checkouts are up to date and clean. The layout is kind of odd in the transition from grocery to department store. Overall a much better experience than say Hurricane or Huntington.
The service was awesome! They were friendly and went above and beyond. I just moved here, had taken my vehicle in to the dealer in previous state multiple times to try to get the tire pressure monitor system light taken care of and they couldn't figure it out. I just came in for a new battery, and the supervisor, Ray, noticed the light was on and said we'll take a look at it for you. I didn't even ask him, I was going to take it to the dealership to have it looked at. Well, needless to say, the technician knew right away, and it was a simple fix that the previous dealership could not figure out. Thank you Wal-Mart and your great auto service team.
Not at all helpful. Trying to find out where an item is that was paid for and sent to be sized. Been transferred 7 times, no one will speak to us and they refused to let us speak to a manager. At that time we were hung up on. Extremely rude and no one seems to know how to do anything.
