Fast forward 4 years. That 40" Westinghouse TV went out. Reluctantly I went back to Best Buy, since it was still under a 5 year protection plan. And these guys went above and beyond to assist me in a new purchase. One that could not have gone better.
I buy tablets for an autistic child who has occasional meltdowns in which his tablets are sometimes damaged. I always purchase the warrantee but have always felt anxious about repeatedly returning damaged purchases; however the staff at Best Buy have always been friendly and understanding. They have also been courteous and helpful when dealing with purchases for myself, which frequently involve calling for help from the Geek Squad.
Somewhat helpful employees. But if you have questions be sure to ask multiple people. The first time I asked I was told they didn’t have what I needed. When I asked someone else, they led me right to it.

Staff were helpful and well informed. They assisted myself and my wife in purchasing a desktop computer and a TV with little hassle. Highly recommend the Barboursville store.
Would give them a zero actually. Wanted to ask some questions about getting a car stereo installed. Was put on hold for over 14 minutes. So I hung up without even talking to one person. Piss poor service!
