Was pleased with customer service until the very end. First, I was told one thing, but the other ended up being true. Second, after learning the real truth of the matter, I told "company policy" prevents me from getting my phone back from them so I can collect important info I thought was backed up on my computer. Go somewhere else.
Wish I could leave less than a single star honestly. My friend was having phone issues, went through customer support for hours for them to tell them to go to a Sprint store. Waited a solid 30 minutes before a second employee though it might be wise to help the only other guy in there with some customers, since there was a line at this point, and once explaining the situation to him, he just said they aren't a corporate store and cannot honor anything customer service says. Didn't even pull up an ounce of information to see if he could do anything at all. Was incredibly rude to us, telling us to calm down if we raise our voice even the slightest bit, and made me glad to think I have Verizon as my carrier. Went to the Sprint store in the Huntington Mall and was treated with actual customer service. I would suggest switching from Sprint, if possible, or going to the Mall location instead of this one.
I brought an existing iPhone 6 from another carrier to get month-to-month unlimited data. They said no initial charge, I signed the agreement, and opened a new account. I come home on 11/25 after the opening and find unauthorized charges and complete contract which was not presented to me in the store. Gregg Sutphin forged my initials on every line item on the contract. Also his assistant was chewing tobacco next to him and spitting it into a Rockstar can. Everyone at this location was unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would recommend going to another location if you insist on Sprint.
All new staff at this Sprint store and all have been more than helpful; I have phoned them and stopped into the store to ask 100 questions as a new customer. I would recommend them without hesitation.
This is the most unprofessional business I have ever shopped or purchased anything in!! I out right bought a phone, didn't like it, went back in my allowed time and they tell me they don't have cash in the drawer to pay me back, to come back another day. I went back, not once but 5 times and every time told the same story. I called sprint and they said they have checks for such purposes, when I told the store that, they acted ad if they never heard of such a thing. Now they will not refund my money nor will they unlock it so I can use it someplace else, and REMIND u that this phone was paid in full as a cash purchase. The manager is very rude and the associate Drew is a clueless rep for this business. The taller guy in there ( wish I knew his name) is the only nice helpful person there. Would not recommend this store to anyone. And if u do go, and drew helps u, ask for someone else. Two thumbs wayyyy down.
