Always wonderful service when I come. They take the time to do everything correctly from start to finish. Never had a complaint or problem.
Probably one of the WORST nail places I have ever been to. The male manager is very rude when he was taking my acrylics off I told him they need to soak he got offended that I would suggest such a thing. He started clipping and ripping them off, my fingers were bleeding. They ended up charging me 18 dollars!! I left there with glue all over my fingers and with my fingers bleeding. Needless to say will NOT be going here ever again.
This is one of the WORST nail salon's I've been to. A girlfriend and myself took a chance on going to this place thinking it would be a good get-away for us (we both have been going through some difficulty things that life has thrown our way) I'm from Sissonville, Sue is from St. Albans. "Hot Nails" is NOT WORTH IT!!!!! Believe me, I normally don't waste my time filling these things out, but I felt like people need to know about this place!!!! Please...Don't waste your money!!!!! Their prices are way to high and their work SUCKS!!!! I hope this will help you out and will save you time and money..
