My go to place. Switched a few months back and I don't regret it.
We have been bringing our son here for a while. We generally get a good haircut here however for the second time we put our name on the board and sat on a bench outside the shop; There was only one name on the list above ours and they called the man sitting there before us and then preceded to take 2 people as soon as they walked in. These people may have had appointments but then they called a name off the board of someone else that had just walked in; at the same time 2 of the staff had been on their phones for some time. After they took the third person to walk in after us I went to look at the list again and my son's name had been crossed off despite never having been called.
Waited two hours to get a haircut and then was told that they had to close so they couldn’t cut my hair.
