The coach and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The music was amazing. The facility and equipment were beautiful, clean, and modern. The workout was extremely challenging, but I felt encouraged by the upbeat and uplifting atmosphere the coach created. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone I know.
