Only reason I'm giving a 1 star is because of the staff - I actually had 3 staff members ask if I needed any help. Went in looking for a GOOD daypack, backpack and a new pair of hiking boots only to find out about all this store carries now is mostly ball game (soccer, baseball, etc.) stuff and golfing. Not much in the outdoor equipment.
Nice store, was looking for hand guns. They only carry long guns.
Large selection of quality items, high prices. Dirty bathrooms.
This a good selection of Under Armor, Nike and seasonal gear. The staff there is mostly college students and usually not very helpful.
Aside from the typically high prices for Dick's stores, this particular store is way lacking in customer service. My husband tried three times to call and ask about pricing for a service, but was redirected and hung up on every time over the course of two days. We gave up and purchased that service elsewhere. Tried again today to buy another item for a birthday present, and we waited 20 minutes by an unattended desk (part of that wait even after walking across the store to ask someone for assistance). At one point, we realized that the two guys who were standing around talking and looking our way from time to time were actually employees. Even after someone came over, he was barely polite, but at least he did come to help. Next time we will order elsewhere. (The only pleasant part of the experience was Madison, who checked us out at the end - thanks!)
