Got turkey, dressing, green beans, corn. Usual thanksgiving meal. We were black Friday shopping so we needed nourishment. Turkey was cold. Our waitress was horrible. Had to run her down to get drink refills, more bread. (Bread was supposed to be endless) only reason we stayed was because nothing else was open. I usually love Bob's. But this visit was bad.
Service was terrible. After ordering and receiving our food our server completely disappeared. Was not even busy so there is no excuse for this..... not even the hour we waited for our food. Floor was dirty, dirty tables around us..... if this is how the front looks, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like! The most I saw of the tables being cleared was a waitress pushing dishes to the center of a nearby table. The wait staff was congregated behind the counter for the majority of our dining experience. Also saw a server take orders while sitting in patrons' booths. An assistant manager tried to give us a discount while ringing up our bill but the damage was already done. We will never be coming back to this location. If you want a better Bob Evans experience, I suggest going to the Teays Valley location.
The worst service i have had ever at bob evans drink empty multiple times. The restrooms were disgusting doors were black with grease or of toilet paper in dispenser some on shelf above toilet help your self so they don't have to clean restroom
Our server was great and the food was regular BE but the hostess was definitely high and the silverware/plates were dirty
Bob Evans was great as usual. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and we still had excellent service and great food. We will eat here again.
