Food is absolutely amazing, fresh and just freaking good. A lot to choose from, deserts are extremely good. Carrot cake is the best I have ever had. You tend to wait a good 30-50 minutes for food to come out but the wait is worth it!
I only came to Fratelli's for dessert, so if I go back there again and try their dinner I'll update this review.
Service was a little slow, but it put Olive Garden to shame. Stuffed mushrooms are amazing app and their version of tour of Italy is delicious. Service got better as we went but we sat for 5-10 minutes before being asked if anyone had waited on us yet. I’d go there again. Was probably a fluke on the service.
I got a cannoli from Fratelli's and my girlfriend got strawberry cheesecake. The dessert came out quickly, so we were happy with that, but it just didn't taste very good. The cannoli wasn't very sweet, so the only thing I tasted was the fried shell and ricotta cheese filling, with the occasional chocolate chip in the middle. The cheesecake didn't look appetizing at all (it was a pinkish brown and looked like it had been sitting out too long) but it didn't taste all that bad. That said, the flavor of the cheesecake was very mild and I thought it wasn't worth it.
Been to this location a couple times, and after every visit I get more disgusted. The floor looks terrible and your feet stick to the floor. The desserts are not baked fresh daily, The bartender said they are only baked Monday through Friday. Over heard one of the tables at my last visit this weekend found a cockroach. A friend of mine use to work there and they had a terrible rodent and roach problem. The managers on the other hand are quite exceptional with what they deal with and go above and beyond to make you happy. Next time you plan to go to Fratellis save your money and don’t, go to the store and make it yourself. That way you are treated right and no rodents.
Amazing food and good prices. One of our favorite places to eat! Wife and I usually get the chicken primavera and it's amazing. Great deserts too. I love the tiramisu.
