I never want to leave a bad review, and most of the time I wouldn’t, but I had an issue with money and the staff was incredibly rude. I called in for a delivery to my house. I gave them my card information like I had done before. When the delivery guy comes, he said that they didn’t give him any card information. He then called the location, and they said it didn’t go through. So I just gave him cash and a tip. A few days later I looked at my account to see that they had taken money out of my account on my card. I called the location and explained to them their mistake. I wasn’t angry. I just wanted my money back since they took it out of my card and took my cash. I was called a liar and yelled at. I was treated terribly and told to pick up the money immediately. I had my fiancé do it. They only gave him back the money for the food and not the tip. This guy received a cash tip and took a tip out of my card on top of the cost of the food. When I explained that he took 2 tips, and I wanted one of them back I was treated rudely and intimidated. They finally gave me back all of my cash. I will never go back there again.
There is nothing like a good place of Chinese food to hit your taste buds. Number one kitchen has the best Chinese food around hands down no other place I've ate at compares to this place, the food is always hot and steamy and there is always way more then you can eat at one sitting, I always eat on it for at least too days the best dish there by far in my opinion is the pepper chicken combo and it's fairly cheap in the wallet. You can tell it's good food when the place is always busy no matter what time of day but it's never a long wait on it.
Food is amazing. Restaurant is old and needs updates but food and prices are great. Staff is fine and dining room is clean. Worth giving them a shot. They also offer free delivery with minimum purchase. I order once a week.
I understand mix ups happen, but I am upset with how they treated me when I tried to explain their mistake. Their treatment towards me and my fiancé is why they are recieving the 1 star. I would give zero if I could.
The food is unbelievably fresh and insanely cheap. Overall a wonderful experience!
My family always loves eating here, because they have some favorites such as crab rangoons and many more.
