The food is so great and the servers are so nice and kind hearted
Corporate has changed the quality of the meat they use in the $3.99 burgers. They taste terrible. I would bring back the original blend and charge a little more. They have lost me as a customer.
Outstanding burger - the new cheddar cheesy burger is amazing and the prices can't be beat. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because of the fries. I wish S & S had better fries, I would go there more often if they did. I tried the onion rings to see if they were a better choice but they are barely cooked so that didn't work so well either.
Had to change my review to one star because this new burger has already been discontinued. No reason to go back now.
Excellent food and service. Great food not expensive at all
We have issues a few years ago and decided today to give it another shot. Will say we will not be back anytime soon. Tim our server was very nice and helpful. Their shakes are extremely good, but the floor was dirty and very slick. The booths were taped together, we watched two arguments among the employees that played out in the center of the place. The bathroom was dirty and smelled. It's a shame we loved going here when it first opened. The hostess who sat us looked extremely unhappy to be there and took forever for her to turn around and take notice of the line forming behind us. It has such potential and they tremendous opportunities to enhance their customer service. Also service is extremely slow. Not sure they notify the servers when someone has been seated in their section.
Guess will try again in a few years.
